REFUND POLICY
- Guests can cancel until 30 days before check-in, or within 24 hours of booking a reservation, for a full refund including taxes.
- If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, they’ll receive 50% refund including full taxes.
- If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guests will receive a no refund except for their portion of the taxes.
SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
A $100 security deposit temporary hold will be placed on the guest's credit card one day prior to check in. If no damage or extra charges occur, the full amount is released back to the guest up to two days after the end of the reservation. However, if damages, missing items, or significant extra cleaning costs arise, the host can deduct those expenses from the deposit to cover the repairs or replacements. The remaining balance is then returned to the guest. If a guest's damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guest will be responsible for repaying the total amount of the repair/replacement costs to the hosts.
